1. Webinar and Event Registrations
Before Event Date: If you wish to cancel your registration, you may do so up to 7 days before the event date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
No-Show: If you do not attend the event without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
In the unlikely event that IINA cancels an event, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee. IINA is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants.
2. Online Courses and Programs
Cancellation and Refund:
Within 7 Days of Purchase: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing an online course or program if you have not accessed or downloaded any course materials.
After 7 Days of Purchase: Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase are not eligible. However, we may offer course credits or alternative solutions at our discretion.
3. Memberships and Subscriptions
Cancellation:
You may cancel your membership or subscription at any time. Access to membership content will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.
4. Products and Merchandise
Return and Refund:
Physical products purchased through our website may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
5. Process for Refunds
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at info@iina.in with your order details, reason for the request, and any relevant information.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Exceptions
Non-Refundable Items: Certain items and services, such as digital downloads, personalized services, and limited-time offers, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked as such at the time of purchase.
