Founder and Director of Intellectual Innovation Academy (IINA):

Vaishnavee established IINA with a mission to foster innovation by addressing the root causes behind slow and delayed patent filings. Under her leadership, IINA has become a leading platform for patent research and IP training, empowering individuals from various scientific and engineering disciplines.

Our Founder and Managing Director has been honored with the Women Leader Award in Skill Development in 2024. This award recognizes her significant contribution to building innovative career pathways in intellectual property, especially for young professionals and aspiring patent researchers. Also she has been honored with the Inspirational Leader Award at the Advaita Women Entrepreneur Awards, recognizing her exceptional leadership and remarkable contributions to entrepreneurship. This award celebrates her role as an inspiring leader who has transformed the intellectual property and innovation landscape through her visionary initiatives.

Career Achievements with Global Corporations :

Over the years, Vaishnavee has built a strong reputation by working with leading companies in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors. She has successfully collaborated with Abbott, Merck, Novartis, and other major global brands, providing cutting-edge patent research and insights that have supported their innovation initiatives.

Pioneering Training Programs :

She has developed and launched an innovative 6-month job-oriented training program for aspiring patent analysts, which is tailored for engineers and science graduates. This program has been instrumental in building practical skills, empowering participants to make significant contributions to the IP ecosystem.

Global Recognition :

Our Founder and Managing Director has been selected to attend the prestigious 11th Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp (GEB) in Paris, France (October 2024). This platform will provide her the opportunity to collaborate with global entrepreneurs and share insights on innovation and intellectual property. In recognition of her leadership, she has also been nominated for the Global Youth Icon Award at GEB.

Our Founder and Managing Director is deeply committed to driving technological advancements in India. Her work through IINA is focused on promoting intellectual property education, supporting startups, and helping young innovators leverage patents to protect and commercialize their inventions.

Projects & Initiatives :

  • 300+ IP Projects Delivered: Vaishnavee has delivered over 300 projects across various aspects of Intellectual Property, including Freedom to Operate (FTO) analysis, invalidity searches, patentability assessments, state-of-the-art searches, portfolio management, patent landscape studies, and competitive intelligence.
  • Patent Analyst Training Programs: Vaishnavee spearheads a six-month Master Programme – Job Oriented Course of Patent Analyst at IINA, tailored for engineering and science graduates. The program provides a deep understanding of patent research, drafting, and filing processes.
  • Research Assistant, IIT BHU – Biochemical Engineering Department: Contributed to a project focused on the Production of Mycophenolic Acid from Penicillium Brevicompactum. Her work included:
    • Streaking and seed culture preparation of P. brevicompactum
    • Production and purification of Mycophenolic Acid through chemical methods
    • Calculation of glucose concentration and dry cell density in batch cultures
  • Research Assistant, Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT): Worked on Bioethanol Production and Lignin Extraction from various lignocellulosic substrates. Key contributions included:
    • Pretreatment and delignification of Sorghum Stover and Pine Needles
    • Production of bioethanol from sugarcane juice and bagasse
    • Determination of enzyme kinetics for cellulose enzyme
    • Investigation of the Crabtree Effect during ethanol fermentation
  • Research Proposal for Startup: Developed and presented a research proposal on the Comparative Analysis of Bioethanol Production Using Low Lignin Content and High Cellulosic Content Substrate. This research aimed to increase bioethanol production efficiency while reducing water pollution through the use of alternative substrates.
